YES and YES! Our state-of-the-art mobile tire shop mounts AND balances your new tires right there, all while you relax in the comfort of your home or workplace. And ANY time you put a new tire on your wheel, you ABSOLUTELY MUST get it balanced! Unless you like feeling like you are driving on a washboard, it's imperatie that you balance your tires. QuikTread prides itself on getting your balance done right the first time, so you can stay safe and comfortable behind the wheel. You may not notice the difference between an almost-balanced tire and a perfectly-balanced one, but we do. And we don't settle for almost-balanced.

I always thought I needed an alignment whenever I get new tires. Is that true and does QuikTread do alignments?
NO and NO! It's a myth that you need to get an alignment every time you get new tires. In fact, unless your car is pulling to one direction, aligning it not only is a waste of money, but could actually do more harm than good! The only time you should get an alignment done on your vehicle is when it needs it, and not because you got new tires. And no, just like most tire shops, QuikTread does not do alignments. First off because we want to be the absolute best at tires, and alignments are just one more distraction, and second, because there is no practical way to provide mobile alignments.
How much space do you need to work? Does it need to be in a garage?
Great question! In general, we need a few feet on each side of the vehicle, just like if it were in a regular tire shop. You can park it in your driveway, a non-busy street, a parking lot at work, or in your garage. Put it this way...chances are 99.9999% that we'll find an easy, convenient way to work on your car. It's never been an issue yet!
QuikTread's Mobile Tire Shop is 100% self-contained, right? I don't need to provide electricity, do I?
Put it this way, if there is ever an apocalyptic zombie outbreak, and the power grid goes down, QuikTread will still be out there installing tires. Our entire shop is powered by its own generator, which runs our compressors, tire machines, balancer, and any other tools and equipment we need! As long as our installers don't get eaten by zombies, we'll be able to take care of your tires.
